Official: Here Are All the 2026 World Cup Groups
The official schedule and group draw for the biggest World Cup ever are ready! For the first time ever, nations will compete in 12 groups of four instead of 8. The stakes are massive, as the top two teams from each group, along with the 8 best third-placed teams, will advance to the Round of 32.

To make sure you do not get lost in this massive 48-team field, we have summarized all the groups and the most important storylines so you can lock in your Trevinfo predictions right now!

The Official Groups of the 2026 World Cup (A–L)
Group A: Mexico, South Africa, South Korea, Czech Republic
Mexico starts the tournament on home soil in the legendary cauldron of the Estadio Azteca, making qualification a must for them, but South Korea and the Czech Republic could cause a major upset.

Group B: Canada, Switzerland, Qatar, Bosnia and Herzegovina
Canada wants to make a huge impact in front of their home crowd, but they will have to fight tooth and nail for points against an rock-solid Switzerland and a well-organized Bosnian team.

Group C: Brazil, Morocco, Haiti, Scotland
Here we will see the first true top-tier clash: Brazilian football magic goes head-to-head with the semifinalists of the last World Cup, Morocco. Scotland can shake things up with their hard-fighting style.

Group D: United States, Paraguay, Australia, Turkey
The third host nation, the USA, will have to bring their absolute best, as there are no guaranteed victories against a tough Turkish side and a physically strong Australia.

Group E: Germany, Curaçao, Ivory Coast, Ecuador
On paper, winning the group is a must for the Germans, but with rivals playing heavy African and South American power football, the script could easily change.

Group F: Netherlands, Japan, Sweden, Tunisia
The most balanced group of the entire World Cup, where a tactically disciplined Japan or a resilient Sweden can beat anyone on their day.

Group G: Belgium, Egypt, Iran, New Zealand
Belgium looks to prove themselves after a major generational shift, while Egypt will rely on quick counter-attacks to catch them off guard.

Group H: Spain, Cape Verde, Saudi Arabia, Uruguay
This quartet looks like a true group of death. The match between a soaring, young Spanish side and a rock-hard Uruguay will be an absolute treat.

Group I: France, Senegal, Iraq, Norway
A battle for first place is expected between Kylian Mbappé’s side and Norway’s goal-scorers, but no European star team can take anything for granted against a fierce Senegal.

Group J: Argentina, Algeria, Austria, Jordan
Lionel Messi and his team begin their path toward defending the title here. They will face a tough challenge against Austria’s organized play, but winning the group is the goal.

Group K: Portugal, Uzbekistan, Colombia, DR Congo
The clash between Portuguese technique and the South American flair of Colombia will decide the top spot in the group, while the Africans chase an upset.

Group L: England, Croatia, Ghana, Panama
A group featuring a true blockbuster match. The English stars can finally get their revenge on a cunning Croatia for painful defeats suffered in past major tournaments.

The 3 Biggest Blockbuster Matches of the Group Stage You Must Watch
England vs. Croatia (Group L)
A true European classic, where Premier League stars collide with a crafty and experienced Croatian midfield.

Brazil vs. Morocco (Group C)
The Atlas Lions have already shown before how to knock out the world elite. Will their defensive magic work against the Brazilian stars too?

Spain vs. Uruguay (Group H)
Spectacular, fast-paced Spanish passing football meets the uncompromising, rock-solid South American defense.
